Once upon a time, there was a little girl named Lily. She lived in a big house with her mommy and daddy. One day, Lily went outside to play in the garden. She saw a big tree and wondered what was on top of it. She asked her mommy, “Can you help me get the top of the tree?” Her mommy said, “Sure, I can help you.” Her mommy picked her up and lifted her high over the tree. Lily looked up and saw a beautiful bird’s nest. She said, “Wow, look at the bird’s nest!” Her mommy said, “Yes, it’s very pretty.” Lily asked, “Can we take a closer look?” Her mommy said, “No, we shouldn’t touch it. We don’t want to hurt the birds.” Lily was sad she couldn’t see the bird’s nest up close, but she was happy her mommy helped her. They went back inside the house and had some cookies.
