One day, a big dog and a little cat were playing by a tree. The big dog saw a long vine hanging from the tree. He had an idea. He said to the little cat, “Let’s swing on the vine like crazy monkeys!” The little cat was scared, but she wanted to try. So, they both held on to the vine and started to swing. They swung back and forth, laughing and having fun. Then, the big dog said, “Let’s jump off the vine and see what happens!” The little cat was still scared, but she wanted to be brave like the big dog. So, she jumped off the vine and landed on the soft grass. She was so happy and proud of herself. The big dog and little cat learned that it’s okay to be scared, but it’s also important to be brave and try new things. They had lots of fun swinging on the vine together, and they knew they could do anything if they tried.
